    Candace Galvez

    President / Executive Board Member / Trustee



    Candace Galvez is the Executive Director of the Gramon Family of Schools. Candace holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education as well as a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from William Paterson University. She has over 25 years of experience working with children and adults with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and has dedicated herself to the success of NB4T.

    Michael Farrelly

    Vice President / Executive Board Member / Trustee



    Michael Farrelly is the Principal of New Beginnings and one of the founders of the New Beginnings for Tomorrow Program (NB4T). Michael believes in a strong school culture that is built upon collaboration and involvement of stakeholders in the student’s education. The possibility of creating a day program for students to transition into after graduation has always been a top priority for Michael.

    Treasurer / Executive Board Member



    Dan is recently retired after serving as Business Administrator/Board Secretary for the Mt Lakes School District.  He also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Sound Start Babies Program.  Dan resides in Randolph NJ with his wife Robyn, they have two children Nicholas and Erica.

    Karen Brenner is the Director of Human Resources for The Gramon Family of Schools.  Karen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration for Human Resources/Organizational Management from Thomas Edison State University.  Karen has over 18 years experience in both in the public and private educational field working in special education and human resources.

    Raimonda Rrapo

    Executive Board Member



    Raimonda is the CFO of the Gramon Family of Schools.  She is a graduate of Baruch College, CUNY, New York, where she received her bachelor's degree in accounting.  Raimonda is a licensed certified public accountant in the states of New Jersey and New York and a licensed public school accountant in the state of New Jersey.  She has over 16 years of public accounting experience, with extensive expertise with audits of educational institutions and not-for-profit organizations.”

    Mark Prusina

    Executive Board Member



    Mark Prusina recently retired after completing forty plus years of public service in the field of municipal infrastructure and educational facilities management. During his tenure, Mark administered many capital projects including public utility/infrastructure improvements, educational facility expansions, recreational and sport venue development. Early in his career, Mark served as an Industrial Arts teacher along with a position in the Parks and Recreation field. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Studies/Education from Kean University as well as a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Montclair State University. Mark lives with his wife RoseMary and two children Jessica and Tyler in Bernardsville, New Jersey.

    Sandra DeSapio

    Executive Board Member



    Sandra De Sapio is a graduate of the College of Saint Elizabeth.  Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with a minor in Home Economics as well as a degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education.  Now retired from teaching, Sandra has 30 years’ experience in the classroom at the high school level in the Flemington Raritan Public School District. 

    She ran multiple retail businesses for over 20 years, including apparel, sporting goods, and home building and decorating stores.

    Sandra is involved in several charitable organizations in her community, holding Board Positions with St. Luke’s Warren Hospital Gala Committee and The Consignment Shop of Flemington.

    Deborah Wilson

    Executive Board Member



    For more than 25 years, Ms. Wilson has held executive positions in Human Resources with large corporations such as Citibank, Prudential, AT&T, and Cushman & Wakefield. She currently holds the title of Global Head, People Development at Wunderman Thompson.  Ms. Wilson earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) at The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Morgan State University. An avid public-school advocate, she was President of the Montclair Board of Education and served on the Board of Directors of the Montclair Fund for Educational Excellence (MFEE). She is also a Life Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and is the current President of the Omicron Xi Omega Chapter in Montclair, New Jersey.  Deborah resides in Montclair, New Jersey with her husband, Curtis, and their two children, Curtis Malik and Taylor Kay.
